Don't know about directories for that kind of thing, but a good SEO directory list can be found here.

simple just Search in Google and contact through them by his / her mail you can search them via WHO IS.

 

Use google or if you are looking to find dofollow blogs, use dofollow blog search engines.

 

not sure how many directories or forums you would find matching your niche but there should be some blogs covering your topics. your best bet would be google search as i dount anyone would have any list available with blogs in your specific topic

Thanks all of You, I know that its very hard to find such kind of blogs or forums thats why I asked for Your help. And what about Google, can You imagine a SEO who do not know that the best way to find smth. is google search?
