    well, if i had $300 to spend i would

    get PHPLD paid version

    get a nice custom skin

    get all the best mods

    buy PR7 and PR6 links

    buy advertisement.

    So basically, anyone with $$$ to spend can get a top notch directory going pretty fast, as they have the $$$$ to spend and others don't
