Directory Holiday Skin

Any other directories putting up a holiday skin for the holiday season.

 

i am currently in the process of redoing the logo for the Blurb Directory with some xmas decorations should be ready later tonight

 

Always had: for Christmas & Easter
Same will be this year...
But for me it's too early little bit.

The Blurb Directory now has its xmas logo up

 

I will probably run a 12 days to christmas theme and have my site change each day with that theme in mind. ( if i get the time and may skip the complex stuff this year ) and just do a simple mod.

 

So why Google or any other does not have it ?
Internet is not a street exactly.

I remember they had a Christmas logo last year

 

I have a plan for 36towns this year, but its too early to switch.

 

Besides being festive do you think it will increase submissions / visits or interests in your site?

 

I think it may increase the no. of submissions and I believe there will be a slightly increasement in the amount of traffic, too.

You missed my point friend.
Of course they do change logo - but not a month before Christmas.
But this is always individual case - I know people knocking at the door and singing carols in June!!! .
Some already started to celebrate 2010!

In South Glens Falls, NY where I live we have already had a Christmas parade.
