    A directory with good alexa is for sale. Grawp.info has 11 months remaining on it's domain with free push via Godaddy. The site sold for $15, but the buyer failed to pay. A similar directory that I used to own then sold for $7.5- with a lot less traffic. No hosting is included, payment via paypal.
