Good! it's so easy to criticise isn't it? drag your soapbox to the nearest forum and start spouting. Why don't you lead by example? Action speaks louder than words - your words are beginning to sound hollow.
I got a job and college, I am not made of time, making a directory isn't just clicking an install button. No phpld here my friend. And if you are implying that I am all talk because it is the internet, come on over I'll tell you the same things in your face.
excuse no.1 excuse no.2 excuse no.3 excuse no.4 No I wasn't implying that, I was saying why don't you stop making excuses and lead by example.
You know I always come up with confusing ideas, don't you? Nope, it's not blog hosting. It's a bit like the millionwiki project where people buy pages for lifetime, here you get a blog based on a keyword (I call them KeyBlogs), you pay monthly and you can quit the project if you think it is not profitable for your niche. Basically the amount you pay is to secure your desired keyword and obviously for advertising, collective advertising. Collective advertising it's way cheaper and might be better than individual advertising in this case. Let's say you own 5 directories, how much is your monthly advertising budget? Over $20 I guess... By securing the "Directory" keyblog you will be able to promote them in one place. Also the owners are able to monetize their keyblog (and who's not able to make at least $20/month it's in the wrong game ) by placing affiliate ads, setting up a shopping cart or selling advertising space Well...this is the concept anyway. Owners also gets ftp access in order to upload their own themes, logos or desired plugins Here is an example of keyblog - "Web Hosting" The owner didn't changed much yet http://millionblogs.org/web_hosting/
