    I'm looking to sell www.speedydirectory.com. Looking for offers over US$500. The directory is nearly 3 years old and got 12,000 page views last month. The majority of the revenue comes from paid listings, but also earns a little bit from adsense (<$5 per month).

    Comes with a licensed copy of PHP Link Directory.

    You'd have to ask google that. Afaik they deranked a whole bunch of directories a while back. It wasn't doing anything dodgy and there's nearly 500 pages listed in google.
