    Im selling www.yaydir.info
    Only promoted once which earned me $12 that day.
    I dont have time for the directory and as you see on alexa its decreaasing because i have no time.
    I am willing to sell lower because i have no time for it and i have to get rid it of it making me mad at myself for wasting the site.
    Please if you are gonna park it or not promote it i will not be selling you the site.

    Hi thanks for the reply, 1. when you upload the theme you mean you will change the theme of the directory and then sell it free of bugs right :) ? as if I buy it I am not too good at php, scripting, etc. so I would like your clarifications on that.
    2. For the domain will you move it to my godaddy acct :D ?

    With reference to 3. in the post I asked about fees as I have not dealt much with Paypal but have seen posts refering to stuff such as the buyer or the seller bears Paypal fees so I was just inquisitive to know if your deal involved any such fees or it was just a straight forward "pay the bid amount thats all"

    4. How many link to be kept and which :confused:

    If you respond with reference to my above post with
    1. a postive to the first 2 points,
    2. a "no fees" for the third point and
    3. a "1 or 2 links for a reasonable (some) time" for the 4th point,
    4. Also will I get free hosting for some a few months ? till I move and will you help move the database, script etc ?
    5. After sale support

    then I'll take it for $45 BIN :) Although I am aware that you are offering it for a BIN of $40 in iwebtool. I leave it up to you to decide $40 or $45. Also give me a couple of hours to respond. As i'll be offline ;)

    I forgot my cpanel pass and if you buy it i would put it on new hosting with a new theme and new database for one month until you move.
    and i can't move to goddaddy only a account on creativeon
    and $45 bin please i offered $40 because i like people in iwebtool plus its a growing forum its pretty small waiting for it to be big.
