    Any licences to pay for ? any links to be kept ?
    Will need help to move to a new host if I buy it - does 'You will also have to transfer yourself' refer to the domain name or the script/database, etc. ?

    Gee I am a novice buddy and transfering the site by myself is out of question as I might bungle up anyway let me think over it.
    Tell me how easy is it to run the site ? like adding links, approving links etc ?
    Also can I add catgories ?

    Very easy to operate. Just login to admin and you approve/reject sites and check all other stats. Adding catagories is just as easy.

    The BIN is a bit high. I was hoping for a lower amount.
    Whats your reserve ?

    Tell me what is the web space and bandwith required ? and what about the domain name will you transfer it at your cost ?

    Also for the script I would have prefered php instead of Link Department Pro otherwise I would not have mind quoting somewhere close to the BIN.

    OK, here are the latest stats. This is the last day to get it @ $200. I will be converting to phpld and raising the price. The uniques have been around 200/day recently and should keep climbing. Should be no problem getting to pr4.

    I have turned down several lowball offers, so don't try.
