Hey guys,

I have 2 directories for sale:

seoage.com

Page views/month: 12,000

Selling my two SEO Directories SeoAge.com (www.seoage.com) and SeoLists.com (www.seolists.com). SeoAge.com is having PR3 and getting approx. 600 unique visitors per month compared the previous months, the rate of unique visitors are reduced. SeoLists.com is have PR1 and getting 500+ unique per month.

The reason for selling these directories is that I m not able to concentrate on both these days due to my other regular business activities. So, I decided to sell them in the right hands so that the buyer can get the full potential by simply devoting little time to manage them and promote them.

SeoAge.com were generating me $15 per month through Adsense till July 2007 when I stopped using Adsense services as I got the advertisers for my 20 sites network. Currently, few advertisers banners and links are visible on both the sites which are giving quite a good business to keep these sites alive and running smoothly. Please note, none of the advertiser is included with this sale and neither the buyer is obliged to keep the banner codes/links.

Directories are build with a professional script for which buyer need to purchase license apart from the purchase of these sites. I will provide the link to the directory software site after the final bid from where the buyer can purchase license which may cost $125 for two domain license.

Both domains are registered with PromoteHost.com and free push will be provided to the buyer account.

What do you mean we have to buy 2 domain license for script that runs the site? at $125? didnt you already pay for this? How is the site running without the license?

I have placed BIN, becuase I am in different time zones, what gives you the right to judge wether im genuine buyer or not and because I put quick asking BIN in, of course I will pay you BIN.

But, in order for me to send payment now for BIN, I will ask for you to push atleast 1 domain first as you have very little Itrader, or at least reveal your indentity by taking privacy off one of the domains, and than I will send half payment through, until this is done,

I also need you to be clear with me on the licenses of the sites on exactly how much , (not roughly), I need proper answers, which at the moment im not getting.

I will not go ahead with this sale, There are countless amounts of fraudalent activities going on on this forum, it's not as safe as it once used to be.

Rather then that, i noticed there are alot of charge backs too, its risky for me to push my domains.
