Directory Exchange - Traffic for Directories

Over the past couple of months I've been working on a few things for directories. The first of these I'm releasing is Directory Exchange.

There's a lot more detail on the website if you're interest, but put simply, Directory Exchange is a traffic exchange system designed for directories. The idea is that directory owners can work together to share traffic they no longer need (ie, a user that has already submitted their website). It works by putting a link on the 'submission sent' page, which ultimately goes to another free SEO-friendly directory. The link counts the clicks and works to send one visitor to your directory for every visitor you send away, or as close to as possible.
