How many of you have your own directory editors?

How many submissions do you think you should be getting to get a directory editor?

I'm just a person with lots of questions lol.. don't mind me :)

    Thanks!

I can easily review over 100 sites per day.
If I was getting that many submissions I would definitely hire an editor. Not because I cannot do it myself, but because I would be on the beach, with a nice lady, drinking cocktails, while an editor is reviewing my submissions ;)

    We have 2 editors

How many no idea one, when one gets too busy get another, you can save one editor if you have no spam to toss out

Depend on the submission level. My Directory is paid, if some do not pay they get deleted automatically so i do not even look at them. Paid one, i get not too many that i cannot handle.

From what i think, you should hire editors only if you get tons of submissions on daily basis and its hard for you to manage it, for instance reviewing over 100 submissions will be a tough job while managing other stuff, so its a good idea to hire one if you are in that situation:)

right now i am doing it by myself but if i grew really big and have multi-projects than i think i would need to hire one. I just hire SEO people who submit my site to directories ... and i kno them in person so that helps :)

Just about keeping up at the moment but am up to around 3000 submissions a week across 3 sites so it's getting pretty time consuming. As the bulk of the submissions go to the free sites I don't think I can justify hiring an editor.

I successfully reject spam automatically so I can handle this task myself.

I guess when you have a free directory with high PR then you need an editor. But you can't afford one :)

At this time I am working with my partner and we are doing fine handling submissions. We can handle more than 100 submissions each, every day. So we are not thinking about hiring an editor right now.

Nothing yet that I can't handle myself :)

I think if I would be getting around 150 submissions everyday, I would need someone to review each site. Currently, I spent more than 6 hours a day online so I guess I can handle it.

(Waiting for the good day when I be getting that much submissions ;) )

No editors except my DOG maybe :D

But recently I'm teaching my son to install my mods!
So all payment goes to him even though still I have to help him a lot.
    Am I good father?
