Directory editing: do you accept pr0 sites?

I accept them as it does not mean the site is low quality

 

of course it's okay to have PR0 or no PR at all to be accepted by my directory.

 

All sites will start as pr0 so all will need to start somewhere.

I think the fact of the webmaster submitting to your site in the first place is clear onus on them that they are trying to make it succeed .
