Directory Contest is now on!!!

I think detail pages should not count for the ranking.
- This gives advantage to the directories that have a detail page.
- External links will have less power because they must be pointed to the category.

You can get incoming links from any site except your directory that is in the contest. So that way there won´t be any disqualification games at the end.

I don´t know how this happened, but I was quoting someone in a different thread and it popped up in here.

Anyways, Fatinfo, I have listed you on the main directories page.

The page is now full. Everyone who still hasn´t submitted, please do so to this category.

Every directory on the first 5 pages of the Google results for the contest is eligible to submit for FREE.

Are we allowed to use meta keywords and a meta description? Featured links are allowed according to the post on his website and I am only able to link to directorycontest[dot]com once in the description but can also do it in the title. Is this correct?

 

Sorry, just spotted this thread and want in ..... I don't really want to read all 18 pages so could someone tell me if directory owners need to register in order to be in the contest?

Onsite optimization is not allowed..Though you can get external backlinks to category..but onsite optimization is not allowed at all...
