I believe somewhere amidst the thread, i think they said gii.in was booted along with romow, and it now appears that mike has stated he isn't giving any names now, but is instead taking screenshots of those entering, so that in the end, those who decided to try and loophole things will be in for a rude awakening.

Iam still confused how the sponsers are ready when they see so much mess in this thread regarding the competition, and if iam also into this contest, i will donate all the money to dp servers fund

There is no mess, Amit. None whatsoever. The rules were simple and clear.

- Add http://www.directorycontest.com as a regular or featured listing.
- Don't do anything on your directory to optimize for the term.
- Incoming links from other sites are allowed.

I won't. But I have many threads on DP regarding my directory. I will show the links to you at the time of claimining my prize.

If so let me know and i start working on it and show you all the entries which have got a link back to them.

Mike i have a suggestions for you for all this mess,
to be frank you do know you went wrong in framing the rules as first you said no backlinks then you said get as many backlinks you want, now you say again no backlinks.
How about the contest, going on as it is.
No sitewide link allowed as u said 2 days back and were implemented.
You can do any link building as you said in some posts get as many backlinks you can as you know 100% of entries has backlinks
hmm , may be you should frame out the things, or else this mess will continue and you will be proved wrong everywhere because of the loopholes.

Well mike you gave a warning to dirave.com but i didnt saw any warning given to Amit yet.

Besides, Amit removed the link in less then 1 hr. And well you didnt even gave him warning.

If you gave warning to dirave.com then why not Amit.

There is no mess, Amit. The rules are and always were clear. You have ignored them. You knew them, broke them and refused to comply after being reminded of them.

Therefor you're out of the contest.
