    As the title says...

Yes it is strong. I'm gonna hit real hard with this.

I have contacted, emailed several different accounts of Megrisoft directories, contacted Megri through various forums and not one reply over 6 weeks.

Submission was made to www.UK-dir.com on 12 September for UK One Way Links as a yearly subscription for $10.00.

Megri has not actioned the submission since even after we submitted to several other directories of Megri and were listed straight away.

Having contacted Megri numerous times about our directory submission we have had no response and it is now too late to claim a chargeback via Paypal.

Megri should take note on their directories that people will not submit to them if this is the way you run your directories.

You still have time to do a chargeback but not a lot.

Paypal states 45 days, I am a day out!

Nevermind, it's only $10. Let them have the bad name seeing as that is what they were looking for.

A very good lessen for all right there. Over many years in Biz, people sometimes get worried by some negative comment or similar in business when things go wrong.

As funny as it sounds i have always taught my people when things like this happen, it is always a positive, never a negative.

Often i get funny looks like how can that be positive ? Simple, in business it will not matter how hard you try to get everything right, sometimes things fall through the cracks for no good reason or rhym.

But i teach them it is positive in this sense, if when this happens, it is not important of why or how, but in how you correct the problem ( as seen above ), then to address any inhouse issues to prevent the same thing happening.

I have found most people understand there are prblems in most things we do and left ignored or the problem not fixed the customer will never return.

The flip side ( the positive ) is if you resolve the problem to a better than can be expected outcome, you will have a customer for life and in addition the extra traffic that person will bring with them.

Opportunities are presented in many ways; those who make the most of those opportunities will be the ones who succeed.

    Megri,

This goes a long way in building up the trust in your directories and the service you offer.

For this, I will continue to use any of the services you provide and hope they will be up to the standard previously offered.

    Thanks

Can't believe that you will pay $10 for just a PR3 directory! There are many directories with PR5 or PR6 charge less than $10.

    Now are PR2.

May have been interested in making submissions, but can't see why this one would make sense. The Adsense links, 'average' design, low PR, and horrendous spelling ("usefull") doesn't give one much faith.

Any good UK-specific directories people would recommend please?
