Directory and Toplist Under Attack

    isins.com is only a general website directory powered by Phplinkdirectory v3.1 script. and in the topsites/ subdirectory is Aardvark Topsites PHP v5.1.2 . I used topsites/ for a toplist. When I first started the toplist my users link back by using following reciprocal code:

    and didn't realize topsites/button.php?u=username just melts away bandwith.

    I just checked the usage stats for isins.com and it's showing that the majority of hits are coming from Turkey and a page with hundreds of toplist reciprocal buttons.

    Today, I signed up with a new host for hosting isins.com. As soon as I updated the nameservers for isins.com , the new host noticed that a problem existed and sent me the following email.

    Can some please tell me what I do about this issue?

    Well not sure what u read, but this isnt for topsites, simple solution remove the topsite user aahhikaye from the db, and remove aardvark from the host, also there is a aardvark kind of a fix that helps to save bw, just visit the forums

    i am not sure what is the best way to fix it...

    but i will
    if "/topsites/button.php?u=aahhikaye" come again just redirect to
    error page like die("error");

    OR

    remove or chmod button.php for few days first, than find a better way
    to fix it.
