Selling Directory and directory submission service for sale

This site http://www.gtsee.com was run since 2006, and it offers online automatic directory

submission services, while site http://directory.gtsee.com was run the same time, and is a PR3 phpld

version directory.

The http://www.gtsee.com offers online directory submission services. Users don't need to install any

software, just use the web browsers. By filling their site information, making payment and then the

software will automatically run the submission services to thousands of directories.

Maximum income for the directory submission service was $1100/month, and in 2008, total income was

around $8000, in 2009 around $5000, in 2010 around $3000. The reason of the income kept dropping was

due to lack of maintainance, and since this year, due to no time to maintain the site, the income is

just around $100/month.

To make money from the directory submission service, it shall take around 10-20hrs/month to maintain

the directories in the database, and spend some time regulary to do some free promotion. If it's

regularly maintained and promoted, around $500/month shall be no problem.

The site is hosted on hostmonster, and there was $30 or $60 ad cost on google adwords every month for

the directory submission service.

Global Tsee Directory, http://directory.gtsee.com, runs by the paid version of phpld, it's PR3 for

since 2008, and the highest PR is PR4. It charged users $2.99 for featured links, and free for normal

and reciprocal links. Since I made a personalized template for the directory, average income was $75

-$100/month, and still keeps increasing. The only time you shall spend on this directory now is to

approve featured links.

The directory submission software was written by PERL language, and fully owned by gtsee.com. You can

This is really weird, listing starting bid is $7000 and BIN is only $6000 ???

The decrease of the income because of the services ineffectiveness or lack of promotion and do you have any proof of revenue, google analytics etc and with some proof of life I ll make a bid but not from your over priced reserve

Adsense will bring much more than current service, am I missing something ?

 

Sorry, wrong typing of the traffic. Page loads for the 2 sites are around 40k, and IPs 12k per month. Traffic stats for directory.gtsee.com are from statcounter, and gtsee.com from google analytics. Data for directory is only available before Mar of this year, since statcounter suspend tracking due to exceed limit size.
