Wow, that is one hell of an ask! I don't think many directory owners go around checking so many IP addresses or do they... Nevertheless, hope somebody here can be of help to you.
salihpk, im not being funny with you dude but have you looked yourself first? People are always coming with really specific requests and demands for high pr too, theres great lists out there my friend but people dont sit all day compiling them to suit people exactly. I remember answering a guys thread here who wanted a list and i gave him a hyperlinked list and he wanted a non hyperlinked list and was very rude because i didn't present to him exactly what he wanted, lol You could get a list then run the Url's through an IP checker.
I don't think that the list you want is out there. Maybe you meant uk domains. Here is a list of 300+ UK directories.
