Directories with free links with reciprocal

I'm looking for directories that offer free links if you link back to them. Do any of you own directories that offer free links with reciprocal links? What directories do you know of that offer free links with reciprocal?

Or do you know of any clean, yet free directories with a PR3 or more?

dont forget all directories require that a person can visit that page by clicking a link somewhere on homepage to see the recip link, so placing it on some page that s not linked to, will most likely get your link and IP banned from the directory.

The PR of the directories runs the gamut, most are on the lower end. But there are some gems in there
