Directories that have regional categories and accept non english sites ?

It would be nice to have a list of directories that have regional or similar categories and accept non english sites. Do you know directories that is like that?

 

My directory displays links depending on location (any country) and categories. I also have regional category(pretty vast indeed) and non english sites are welcome as well

My directories do but none of them are free, if you have a good non english language website though and want to submit it, il accept it for free.

I accomodate any country and any language.
