    BOTW.org - as long as the content is unique, and relevant to the category.

    We are accepting deep links and sub domains in our paid direcories. Look at my Sig.

    I think most of paid directories would allow sub domains.

    Alive Directory does, as long as the listings are submitted to the proper category.

    Take a look in my signature - the blog entries might be the ticket - we have 16 blogs.

    Also, the new kid on the block (not mine) -> http://www.deeplylinked.com/ - which was created exactly for people like you.

    Index-it.net will also allow these type of listings as long as it is a quality site and not full of adsense.

    The problem is that the list is too long, I don't believe that any free directory even if it accepts subdomains will accept more than 200 listings from the same site and going for paid directories is going to be really expensive.

    Your best bet is probably *cough*spamming*cough* bookmarking/tagging each subdomain at multiple social bookmarking/tagging sites :eek:

    {shameless plug} However if you decide to go for paid directories and you submit all those subdomains at my directory I will give a generous discount :D {/shameless plug}

    I'd likely sprinkle a few links around in several places rather than list all of them together in one or more indexes.

    IMO opinion, almost all directories out there accept links for site and its subdomains. When I do directory submissions for my cooking site, I submit other shopping and recipes subdomains also. And most of the directories approve the links. Subdomains are considered separate sites, so there shouldnet be much of a problem.
