Directories problem in wordpress

    hi DP, i', having this problem..sometime i cannot add directories, whether in manage directories or at write....i tried many times but it doesn't respond....anyone have solution to this ? or is it because of plugins that i've used that affect this problem...

    what confusing here is the www.example.com and the redirect ? hell i can't understand that, anyone here who managed to get around that thing ?
