Buying Directories/Local SE in European Union

    Hi all,
    I am searching for service or a simple list of:
    1) Directories/catalogs in EU countries to submit web site. General or health related. Only EU countries (languages/zones)
    2) Local search engines (google/bing/etc independent) to submit url to. Again - only EU countries.

    So buying a service (you add my url, and give me full report) or just a list of catalogs/se.
