    Sorry, but I have heard your excuses many times already. How come that you did not know about this issue. Just blame the other person in order to justify the charge backs, next thing we're going to hear from the person you're talking about.

    Let's face it, this is a practice that many people do on the internet. Since most directories are not accepting your listings, you have no choice but to come here and post and make any excuse.

    Tonerboss.com- You have been caught and you reputation is on the floor. I guess you learned your lesson, you need better excuses than the ones given.


    As many others have already stated is not about the money is about the trouble that directory owners have to go through that makes this issue deserve "Death Penalty". May Directories have mercy on your website

    Good luck trying to get listed in directories again! By don't worry, your example will serve others not do the same (so not all is lost)

    Like you said, money isn't the issue here. The money involved here is a very small part of our marketing budget and it also very minor to the directory owners. What have been damaged in this situation are people's feelings and I am trying to make up for that.

    I am not making excuses for the situation, as matter of fact, I take full responsibility for not foreseeing the issue and preventing it from happening.

    Whether directory owner will accept our submission anymore in the future is not really a concern to me at this point. My focus right now is taking care of the people that have experienced unnecessary frustration because of what took place.
