    You'll probably want to start by finding directory software. There are numerous options on the market. I would start by Googling "Web Directory Software".

    If you need business directory on word based then you can easily search engine Google by "free business directory list" If you want to target local market and area based audience then you need to submit your website on only local directory to create citation and NAP details.

    first of all you have to choose domains name targated countries after choose domains you can buy licence for each directory and select designs and then you can start business you know many things to do for start any business. I just explained to you basic thing.
