Directly into my Bank

So, my Adsense account is in my Dads name as I am not over the age of 18, so I was wondering can I make it so the money each month is deposited into my bank account under my name?

It's very unwise of you having you website(may not be urs) in your signature and asking such a question.. you should know there are readers here from google adsense team.

The webpage seems to be against the TOS anyway..

That page at least is againt tos. No content, just a button and an ad unit. Remove that post, take adsense off that page. Don't get the money deposited in your dads account. Start paying for articles targeting vulnerable keywords. Forget the toplist idea. I started off that way "people will be sending me loads of traffic", its shit. You'll get there in the end though wee man.
