Directing traffic from one site to another

If site A doesn't not meet advertisers policy, but site B does, can I link from the site that does not to the site that does? I originally set up site A... realized I had made some major mistakes because I was just starting out and unfortunately didn't pay attention to the advertiser's rules which of course was idiotic.

Anyway, after reading the advertiser's guidelines, I removed my ad campaign from adwords for site A along with all the affiliate links. Then created site B making sure that all of the advertisers rules were met.

    My question is this....
I never deleted site A, but did delete all the affiliate links. Now I am getting organic visitors to site A looking for the product, but not finding it...

Can I put a link from site A to site B? I couldn't find anything in the guidelines addressing this.

    Thank you for your input.

I can't see any reason why not. You are just funneling traffic. In the end it's up to the advertiser. But if the link is on your site "B" there isn't any reason why they would care where the traffic came from.
