    Can I create my own niche search engine and place Adwords ads to cover the keywords?

    e.g. I have a search engine about real estate. Can I place an Adwords advert for the keyword florida real esate and the link points to a page that appears which has effectively put florida real estate into my niche search engine and taken you directly to that page?

    Could I also put adsense on this page?
