Directing banner to my site?

    Hello,
    I managed to uplaod my banner to photobucket and copied HTML code to one of my sites but don't know how to direct "clicks" on the banner to my other site

    Should go to www.infoinkiev.com with hopefully anchor text "Kiev guide".
