yeah it will be after budget since policies regarding money control come into action so after 26 FEB 2-4 days is my guess to solve this

 

Payments get revered back to our paypal a/c after 14days. So wait guys

Is here anyone who tried to withdraw money from paypal to credit card? Please let me know about the status

 

Yes, I withdrew money into my Credit Card at 14th Feb and it get credited at 17th of Feb but I can't withdraw that funds, I can go shop/use into internet, thats it. Further, I have also initiated a transfer from PayPal to VCC and if succeed , I will share everything.

Are you sure about this? I applied for a wtihdrawal to bank at 11th feb.. Today 14 days time is about to be completed. But still no money either in my bank account or in paypal account.
