What's the ratio of your traffic, and what's the ideal ratio when it comes to traffic? Here are my traffic stats: 12.63% direct traffic 13.20% referring sites 74.17% search engines To me, it seems that I get too much traffic from search engines. What's your opinion on this?
i dnt think there is such a thing as the ideal ratio... traffic is traffic right? however i always go for SE traffic. its free!!
Ya I don't believe there is really an ideal ratio between the different types of traffic as yes traffic is traffic. What you should be concerned with is where the majority of your traffic is coming from so you know where to focus your efforts. If you are getting a lot of refferal traffic from an article directory or Squiddo/hubpages type sites than focus more on those and scale it up. Just my two cents
In my site, the stats show almost the same picture as more than 70% traffic comes through the search engines. I dont know whether it is good or bad in terms of SEO.
This is good, you're getting traffic from organic results which will bring a good impact on alexa rankings.
