direct traffic is this a problem

Will a lot of direct traffic(not from my own country) cause the adsense team to
look down my site. I am getting 69% direct traffic according to the analytics stats. the site is a proxy site.

 

Yes. I expect the they are all sat in their office wondering where all your traffic is coming from as we speak.

I suggest blocking all traffic from outside your country. As for direct traffic you should just redirect all this to wikipedia.

Anyway, don't worry about it. YouTube etc. get loads of direct traffic too. Nothing suspicious about it.

 

IMHO, direct traffic is not a problem unless they are coming from autusurfs.

 

I think it also depends on your site's name. If it's easy to type in, then you shouldn't worry about it.

Direct traffic doesnt problem for a site. i have about %70 direct and bookmark traffic and this is not problem for me.

 

Direct load traffic is every webmasters dream. I run a site w/adsense that has 90%+ DL traffic - don't worry about it all.

 

It is good to cotact adsense team whenever you have a doubt.
