Direct Music Links Allowed?

Hello, i'm currently working on a music download site. I plan on hosting the music on my server and then putting a quote or code link around the link. Is that against the TOS? Another choice is to host it on rapidshare, is this against the TOS too?

Answer was you cannot. You cant link to illegal copyright songs.

 

Torrent trackers get hammered for indexing links to copyrighted media. If you have the links AND host it you would be doomed.

You can't help visitor to download illegal muisc.
the key point is you can't have related to illegal anything else.
especially, music company like to sue anyone.
