Direct mail?

I just opened up my town's monthly newsletter and found a postcard that said for $700 I could put my ad on one side of it for the next mailing. It goes out to over 20k households. If I used it to advertise an offer that pays around $25, I would need around 28 conversions to break even. Anyone tried promoting CPA offers using direct mail?

Do you have checked your prospects/client worth for that much amount?, I think you should employ direct mail consistantly to work out on ROI before you go for a big investment.

Well it depends on the offer, do you think it would interest the average household? If yes, then go for it... but remember, not all of the 20k will see your ad ;)

I agree with Seiya. It depend upon the product. I dont think a digital product will converts well with direct mail but a real life household product can.
