Recently ClickBank has approved Indian affiliates for direct deposit facility. But when we try to enter the bank account number, CB is not taking it. According to CB, a bank account must be of 11 digits. But I don't think all the Indian Banks are of 11 digit accounts. The problem is with Axis Bank account. It has 15 digits as its account number. How to tackle this? Any suggestion?
Hope this helps Account Number – Up to 12 digits numeric. Do not enter dashes or spaces. Indian Financial System Code (IFSC) – 11 digits alphanumeric. Consists of the following in exactly this order: A four-letter alphabetic bank code. A zero (0). A six character branch code. Example: SCBL0036001
Ok Just remove the starting code means 009 and start the number from the 0. I too have a account with Axis bank. Try it and leave a msg if work.
I was also facing the same issue. If you check your account no. and IFSC code, you will notice that first 4 digits of your account no. matches with your Bank Branch's IFSC code, remove that part from account no. and it will work. --Ashish
I also have an account with axis bank, hope its working,so how fast are Indians reciving direct deposit,i mean are you guys getting payment every weekly deposited in your bank a/c.
I will follow your suggestion and check it. Thanx all for your answers. I'll let you know the result. By the way, I've even mailed the CB about this.
i have bank four accounts still now state bank of india hdfc indian overseas bank union bank on the above which bank is suitable ?
Say for example my a/c no is 191010200015002 and the IFSC is UTIB0000191. (It's not my a/c no). Then how can i get the 11 digited account number? The 191 is getting repeated here ie only 3 digits are repeated.
As far as I know most bank accounts go up to 12 digits (Ones at ICICI are 12 digits as well). I'm sure with 15 digits, the last 12 digits designate your account number.
In my a/c number 191010200015002, should i remove the 0 after that 191 also? and treat 10200015002 as an a/c number?
so ultimately please any Indian tel me,if direct deposit has started working, and how are indians earning in clickbnak anyone earning above 500$
Any suggestions please ....! I'm sorry to repeat here....In my a/c number 191010200015002, should i remove the 0 after that 191 also? and treat 10200015002 as an a/c number? When I contacted the local bank, they said I need to contact clickbank for it. Clickbank didn't give me any reply till now.
I'm not on direct deposit yet but going by logic, CB doesn't seem to accept account nos more than 12 digits. So your 1st option would be to approach Axis Bank (where you have the account) and ask them if there is a 12-digit variant of your account number that you can use for online transfers. Only your bank can help you here, not CB. If this doesn't work, the other option would be to open a new account with ICICI / HDFC or any of the other banks that have a/c nos up to 12 digits. That way, you can initiate transfer immediately without having to wait for anyone to reply. This is the best way out IMO. It doesn't take long to open a new savings a/c and get your business going.
I too have an account with Axis bank and i know that Cb wants only 12 digits. So go on to your account number 191010200015002 and IFSC UTIB0000191. You see the beginning numbers are same i.e 191 in both IFSC and a/c no. so the main point here is 191 is your bank code so any a/c in your bank start with 191 only. So remove the starting 191 from your account and put the 010200015002 in Cb. As i said i too have an account with Axis so my account start with 009 so i have remove the starting 3 numbers and put the remaining one. I have not yet received the payment but i will receive in some days. One more thing i want to tell you to do is, call your axis bank and tell some thing that is my check got clear or how much amount i have in my A/c. So the guys ask you the A/c no then try to tell only last 6 numbers of your account i.e 191010200015002 only tell them. You can see how he can access your account with only 6 numers. The reason is they have code 0090 or 00191 some thing that they don't have to ask each and every number of your A/c. I hope your clear with it.
Today, I got reply from CB: This is the message: "We got the banking specifics from Wells Fargo, our bank, but I am hearing reports that they may have given us incorrect information regarding the number of digits. We are working on resolving this, but I don't have a time frame for when that will happen. I would suggest attempting again in about a week, or email me for more details at that time. Sorry for the issue. ClickBank Accounting" So the problem is not solved for me... This is to mention you that CB requires only 11 digits. One of my friend who works in banking industry has advised me to enter 11 digits considering from right side. So in my example 191010200015002 a/c, I need to leave 1910 and go with 10200015002. Is it a wise decision to try with that?
If you're so eager to get DD, just go to another Indian bank that has 11 or 12 digit number and register a new account with them, it's free, and it takes about 15 minutes of your time do to it.
so any Indians hve started geting direct deposit from Clickbank, and I am having a/c with Axis bank,so do theyhave 12 digit no.plz confirm.
