Hi, I tried to upload a database sql file /zip.rar

it say "the database does not belong to you".

    What does that mean?

How can I overcome that error ?

I don't really know PHP, so have no idea what you mean in that thread link...

Do you have a simple solution in everyday language I can understand? Is it that directadmin can't do anything because it was not completely built?

How are you trying to upload the database? Do you only have shared user access, or, is this a VPS or dedicated server that you have control over?

Its a vps. I have reseller account. The host gave a confusing answer and then they uploaded it.

And they changed passowrd, database name, and user name too.

Is that a bug with Direct Admin?
Uploding a database without knowing username or password will not work?

In cpanel or others its okay to upload any database...in Direct admin, if you forget they call it...."the database does not belong to you"......
