Dilemma - more views = less money?

    I'm in a dilemma.
I don't have much time to track my earning so I'll ask you guys.
The number of views is relevant to the amount for each click or its not?

For example, If I have 30,000 views and only 80 clicks.
I know that the CTR will be low but what about the earning for each click? Will it affect it or not?

Now my ads are random, I mean that they will show once a 2 page refreshing.

I saw a day with 10,000 more ads view and I earned more money than a day bedore that was with the same number of clicks but with 10,000 less ads view.

I want to know if I'll show my ads on the page without any random system or adding more ads units, will I earn more or less (if the clicks will remain the same)? :)

    Thanks,

i dont know if you knew this or not but each ad has a a different pirce tag on it. When people sign up for google adwords they get to set the price of there clicks the lowist being 2 cents. so you could have the exact number of page views ctr clicks everything but your total could come out different between those two days which is probably why you cant figure out why its doing that. It took me a bit and alot of unessicary math to find out that each ad has a different price tag on it

What surfandskimer said. Generally speaking, higher page views translates into higher earnings, since you'll be throwing more visitors at Adsense, and that usually translates into more opportunities to click, which translates into higher earnings. But it's not always the case. But GENERALLY speaking, it should be that you'll make more with more impressions/visitors.

Ok, but what about my question?
"The number of views is relevant to the amount for each click or its not?"

You will recommend me to add more ads unit for my page?
    What about the link units?

You need to see why so little people click on the ads why they click and why they dont click. Try to add picks make diffrent colors and stuff. I do not think change the ads every one and a while will help. But try to take away the ads every third time or something. Then people will be intrested to click on them. Why are they leaving your page and were are they going? Can you snapp them up before they leave? And yes if you have more visitors and few clicks google will pay u less money. But but if you try ONLY image banners on your site you will get paid per impression rather then click.

Well the answer is quite simple!

    It really depends .....

Let's say, if the ads is relevant to your content, so the number of click is likely to be related to page impression. Means the more Page Impression you have, the more clicks you get. The problem is, however, if the ads is not that relevant, while the Page Impression still going up but the CTR.

One folk in DP forum said sumthing that makes a lot of sense like: if a short article you should place one ads, if a long one, place more ads. Bcoz people really bored if they see too many ads on a page with a little input.

According to my own experiences, if the ads are targeted, you will get more. But then again, I saw lower revenus in Jan. than Dec.

It's a problem because my ads aren't so relavent so If they were relavent I'm sure that I would earn much more.
