    Hello,

I have very specific question which i am not sure i can get proper answer here.

So i am establishing a website in foreign county, it is information web portal and somehow this may have commercial purpose, i am sure website will gain huge profit in the next 3 months. So i am wondering do i need to establish a company there? Laws around internet related business is not very clear anywhere around the world, it is not ecommerce business and i am not selling anything, excepts webspace if there are companies that would like to advertise, but this website is in USA as my server is there?! So i am not sure what to do!

I contact few law companies that advice me with few words that i need to open a company, but this business was not clear for them also, i check a laws here and there is no point of the law which business is falling in category! I am sure they advice me this, because huge commission they will receive after i establish a company and they fill my documents - nearly $2000 !

Does anybody can give me advice on this matter ?

if you do not have any phisical presence in foreign country you do not ened to establish company there unless you would need it for some other purpose

Your question is a little bit unclear, but for most countries don't need a physical presence in that country to purchase a domain with that extension. Again I am not totally sure what you are asking here but I hope it helps.

I'm not really sure what is your question about either, but you need to comply with the laws of the country you are resident of, or your company "resident of"

in to which country bank accounts you will be paid isn't relevant

I don't think you will need to register a company there just because your website is related. You can be in UK and make a forum in US..No prob? Or did I misunderstood?

you just register a company in your country that is uk . nothing else
problem is when you receive money from foreign companies(advert.. or adsense) for commercial reasons and send money to foreign
just look into this matter acc. to laws of your country

Thanks for all replies , today i found honest tech law, which said to me that there is not need, but i need to do a quality audits of website income, just law is very unclear when we talk about internet related business, now i have more than 20 websites, that i do not have company related with and not a problem, but i usually stay in my own country and do not target my market, now it is different as i plan to be expat.
