Has anyone ever had success with DP's "Partnership" section. And by success, I mean make a profit!!!
I've been a guest visitor here for many years and used my friend's account also. So don't take my newly registered account for what it is.

I've attempted to make numerous partnerships on my friends account in the past and it's either the person just stopped responding when the couldn't complete their part, the person backed out and didn't understand that everything takes time to develop or they want to do their own thing. More like money wasted if I hadn't had the focus to complete things myself.

It doesn't seem like anything good comes out of the partnership section of DP as with other webmaster forums. I must say DP is great otherwise though.

I may be wrong about my assumption, so.... who has had success over there and can prove me wrong?

Well, partnership always cause misunderstandings, in real life too. The thing is finding a good partner with same intentions but with different skill sets. You may disappoint first but after you find a good one you will make a good profit. Don't give up.

I think it's mostly about finding a partner who has focus like I do. Never worked with someone who sticks to the plan and their word. They have no focus, no wonder why their online attempt at business is failing and they come thinking that a partnership is going to make it happen instantly. They never have the will to give anything time and put in the hard work. It's always >> (in Indian writing) Sir, thit mak no money. i want quit. [insert their other proposed idea here].

Then they probably jump to a next partnership where it's going to be the same thing.

The only ship that won't sail is a partnership- Dave Ramsey Quote

Starting a Business is not hard.. Running it is.. I am imagining you think you need a partner for a reason or many reasons..

So why not start a thread in the General Business area and discuss what missing ingredients you need to grow your business..

Oh yeah, the Partnership sections looks good and maybe a few work out.. Though I think Shawn could rename it to JV or something and get better content
