    Has this ever been suggested, I think certain people could give shows at certain times of the day etc, give advice/tips etcetc.

    Could be done with a shoutcast server.

    live conference or presentation kind of thing. Each time a user will show and share his experience with the others. Sounds good to me, but it won't happen I think.
