Anyone can confirm they jump off leaving their clients screwed by their software?

I am sending support emails, no replies for weeks.

    Hello, support.

Greetings, first of all we tried everything already, using latest 3.3.8 ver=
    sion

We have multicompany support - 2 companies within optigold, say Company1 an=
    d Company2

The issue that each time past due accounts notice are sent, Optigold email =
Company1's letter text for Company2 accounts. However the rest of notices (=
welcome letter, invoices, receipts) are sent correctly. Its really sounds l=
ike a bug with past due mailing within optigold.

yes we have 2 different past due letters, multicompany is configured correc=
t, each company got its own past due letter configured, but they both sendi=
    ng the same letter.

Also that might help, the email for Company2 is sent from billing@Company2.=
com email which is correct, but the test is taken from Company1

    Please help.

I dont think he runs servers from his home, its a very bad idea, But a secure suite in a multifacility DC with redundant 5-6 connections is a good idea, secure as well as resourcefull idea. I read somewhere DP servers config, it has a cluster of 12 blades with like 12 GB RAM in each, This is why DP is so fast in high loads. But i think the resources are overkill already.

The servers are hosted in a secure datacenter...not the basement, bathroom, or cat box. ;)

More on the new servers here. And a few details of Shawn's hernia.
