Since last Thursday I sent 2 emails to sales@digitalpoint.com since we would like to order another 1000 licenses, guess what, no reply. Calling daily to sales and support #'s => always voicemail and mailbox is always full. Company disappeared or what?
I doubt it, although it does sound kinda strage. Hang tight I'm sure you'll hear from the boss himself.
There was something screwy with the voicemail, that the stuff in it ended up needing to be flushed out (not able to listen or save) yesterday, but I think it's okay now. What's the company name or domain the email came from? I'll check the sales email and make sure it gets looked at.
