    So they're using digitalpoint's logo in their banner, and advertising here. Is that allowed, or...?

    I was wondering the same; whether Shawn had approved the use of the logo in this ad:

    They are site targeting the forums and are all over the place. Must be costing them a fair bit.

    I had been wondering about that myself.. checked out that website .. well no proofs of income and asking prices are quite high for a few websites

    It's clever marketing, targetting the audience directly like this. But if they don't have permission to use those graphics, it sucks a lot.

    It's not correct way because it depicts something like joint effort of digitalpoint and dealasite so they should not use logo and name of digitalpoint as well for targetting this website.
