Digitalpoint + DealAsite.com

So they're using digitalpoint's logo in their banner, and advertising here. Is that allowed, or...?

 

I was wondering the same; whether Shawn had approved the use of the logo in this ad:



They are site targeting the forums and are all over the place. Must be costing them a fair bit.

 

I had been wondering about that myself.. checked out that website .. well no proofs of income and asking prices are quite high for a few websites

Did shawn give them permission using dp logo?

btw the site similiar to tdnam.com the different dealasite.com using php

 

What's sure is that we will find out pretty quickly

 

It's clever marketing, targetting the audience directly like this. But if they don't have permission to use those graphics, it sucks a lot.

 

Shawn might sue them, if they don't have permission using that logo

 

I was thinking of posting a thread about this as well, feels real strange to see an ad doing marketing like that and if its without permission then...

I can only see the logo posted by Typo.
I was checking their site and their logo.. which is different. I was confused.... hehe

 

Maybe they geotargeted their campaign delivery.

 

I just assumed that it was a personal deal with Shawn - ouch... not a good idea.

 

So what happens now .....Can Shawn make them remove the ad?

Tops he (forumsolutions) is in india and I am in India too.. so no chance to geotargetting

 

It's not correct way because it depicts something like joint effort of digitalpoint and dealasite so they should not use logo and name of digitalpoint as well for targetting this website.
