    Well considering that search engines like Google actually dont pay much heed to forums links in ranking, its not a big deal. You should never be dependent on forum signature links anyway.
    The only and most important benefit that is lost because of no-follow is quick indexing of new sites, but again there are thousand other ways to achieve that.
