DigitalPoint ad sharing subscription?

    This is for the adsense sharing on this site. Does one need to be subscribed to a thread in order for it to count, or must you only participate in the thread?

    I remember it saying that you needed to "participate," but I have heard others say that you must start the thread. I participate in many more threads than I create. I like helping people out instead of starting posts :) Thanks guys for the speedy response.
