Digital signs for advirtising my business

I recently looked at how best to promote my shop front in Syndey without spending a large amount of money

I found an interesting site www.youpromote.com.au which sells digital signs that I can place in my window.

Has anyone had any experience with this type of advertising for their businesses.

I would image that simplicity and the content make or break this type of advertising

    Anyone have an idea?

Programs similar to Adwords are great for getting targetted traffic to your site, so you should definately consider this. Basically, once you sign up to Adwords, your adverts will be shown on sites related to your niche on hundreds of different websites, and you can set how much you pay per day (the more you pay, the more traffic).

In terms of little cost, you could submit your site to loads of directories. This won't cost anything if you do it yourself (could hire people), but a lot of directories require a linkbaack to their site, which'll make your site look ugly.

I may not have made myself clear its a real shop window - hence the digital signs advertising

So you want to promote it online or offline?

    Yes for the shop offline

I want to capture the extra revenue from customers walking past the store and hopefully coming in
