Digital Signature

    Hello,

    We have many paper forms that we are converting to electronic HTML forms. Some of them require a signature so I'm looking for a third party plug-in that would allow people to sign their name with their mouse. Any suggestions on a good app?

    Usually online signatures are just all caps FIRSTNAME MI LASTNAME like that..
