Digital services' seller problem: Unauthorized access

Hello,
I am providing VPS/Server services on my websites and customers can pay for their service using paypal. Now I have some problem with this "Unauthorized access" issues that paypal asks for my shipment proof.
Yesterday I had an issue like this again and paypal refund the payment to the buyer again! Even I made a screenshot from the email that been sent to the customer and uploaded it, but they closed the case to the buyer! This is really crazy that making me sick of paypal.

Would you please tell me what shall I do in such cases, I mean digital services?

I'm one of the biggest loser using PayPal. For your kind information you can sell only eBay items using PayPal. Digital goods with digital proofs are not accepted by PayPal. Even I have shown many proofs but they simply delete them and refund funds to buyers account!

 

I have Liberty Reserve gate way in my website too, but paypal is very usual for customers
