I have a digital product I want to sell online. I know I need a website and will accept paypal payments for this product but what I want to know is how to I send the digital product automatically after payment to paypal. Thanks
Quick solution to your problem: 1. Get yourself a Wordpress site 2. Find a free or paid plugin that will take care of the ecommerce part for you (accept payments and automatically sends the downloadable product to the customer). tipsandtricks-hq has an excellent paid plugin for this job, but there are several others as well.
Another way is to use a third party like clickbank or click2sell. They will look after the payments and automatically send the download link to the buyer - there are costs involved so need to take that into account as well
For me, i use cpanel to host my files, so when payment is made and paypal has received it, paypal will authorize the sending of the file and cpanel will allow the manual download of the file.
Use e-junkie . com They have a one week free trial and then only $5.00 per month for low volume. They do the shopping cart, collect the money and deliver the digital product (once you are setup) That way you can focus on your website and marketing.
learn how to use wordpress and woocommerce. Woocommerece is free to use with paypal standard. It offers a function to automatically display links for downloadable goods once payment is made. easy peazy
Hi, Create your store with the most advanced open source shopping cart software Zeuscart. It is the user friedly ecommerce software for physical as well as digital download products.
JVZoo will do the trick... and it will allow you to pay affiliates automatically as well. It's free, they take a percentage of your sales.
If you are using paypal button, you can set the download page URL in paypal itself while creating button.
I have had good luck with Zen Cart. It handles digital downloads on its own, and integrates nicely with a variety of payment processors (Paypal, 2Checkout, Authorize.net and--most importantly for me--Linkpoint). It seems a little complicated to set up at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's a breeze to administer. I have a few Zen Cart sites and love them (I also love the automated sales email I get each time there's a transaction). Oh, and it's free.
