Hey good point on the sending of cd's with the ebooks on them. Cd's can't cost much. What a bummer that they changed their ad format eh? Thanks. View attachment 58256
While the classified ads are more expensive - using them allows you to avoid ebay's "final value fee" (ebay's commission). If you sell a lot of ebooks, the FVF will surpass the cost of placing a classified ad. Also, you are not limited to how many items you sell as you will be using your own links.
I think some clarification is needed, Ebay does not allow downloads of E-Books anymore or products in PDF format they have to be put on a CD however a website can be sold and downloaded along with software can aslo be sold as a download. E-books however have a very low profit margin because of all of the sellers that are selling it for so low or illegally going around the downloading policy of ebay.
what if I sell digital product on ebay (ebook, wallpaper, etc) but on my description I write that will ship with DVD? but the truth is it's fake. after receive payment I contact buyer and tell that item is not as description, that it is digital download. Because I saw many people buy e-book, wallpaper in cheap price just to get feedback. What do you think about the case illustration that I created?
I have listed my 150 video drum lessons course with ebay UK, US, Belgium, Germany, France but cannot see how to list with ebay Czech as there is no 'sell' button anywhere? anyone any idea's? I'm offering my new book, (Drum Kit Lessons) 316 A4 pages, with the BIN purchase so would have to ship something so not 100% digital, i could always put onto CD and send if any problems arise. I know i have the option to make a single listing and have all European ebay sites see it but, the really important thing is keywords - in the UK a drummer may type 'drum lessons course' but in Germany they would type 'Schlagzeugunterricht natürlich' in France 'tambour bien sûr des leçons' etc etc so just having a single listing with UK keywords will seriously limit potential buyers so my plan was to list on all 38 international ebay websites including the south american Mercado Libre that ebay own almost 19% of - does anyone have any thoughts on this? Dan
It's a bit tricky as their new policy doesn't allow that, but then eBay still have selling categories for websites, domains etc
Yes, you can sell eBook on eBay. Just make sure you deliver it in a CD. NO digital download or email You can visit my eBay store & see how I do it...
Back when eBay still allowed digital products, I took a digital product that was selling for around $15-$20, made my own, put it on DVD and sold 1 on auction that ended in the $100+ to get what people were willing to pay. I then sold multiples of the product for $99.99 buy it now, Physical is more valuable, the product I made wasn't the greatest but it still sold.
